Rvinyl Now Listed in Made in NYC Directory
A few months back we submitted our company to be listed in Made in NYC’s directory and finally got the call today that we’ve been added. What is Made in NYC? Well, let’s let them do the talking:
Made in NYC is a project of the Pratt Center for Community Development. The Pratt Center works for a more just, equitable, and sustainable city for all New Yorkers. As part of Pratt Institute, we leverage professional skills – especially planning, architecture and public policy – to empower communities to plan for and realize their futures.
It’s nice to be a part of something that shows we’re not solely in it for the profit and that helps our fellow New Yorkers as thousands of us still dig out from Hurricane Sandy.
By shopping “Made In NYC,” you are helping small businesses in NYC to finance their new inventory, pay their workers and restore the local economy. In some cases the storm’s damage may mean some delay, but your patience and flexibility now will lead to a stronger community for years to come.
